She has also enjoyed the honour of scoring among the highest ten students worldwide in the GCSE Business and Communications Systems. With an interest in international relations, she attended the Global Young Leader's Conference in 2005 at Washington D.C. and New York, as well as advised her school's Model United Nations team. Farah is fluent in Filipino and possesses rudimentary skills in French and Spanish.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science, leaning towards the corporate side. Her penchant for business stemmed from evaluating business systems - such as the human resources system of an IT company - and conducted several business case studies and real estate research analysis during her summer practicum. Also, she is the founder of the recently established Farah Fard Foundation in the Philippines that aims to provide an environment that nourishes less fortunate children in all aspects of life, through education, enabling them to have a better standard of living and make a difference.
Farah plans to pursue a career in corporate law having developed a prime interest in the financial industry, particularly in investment banking. Signed up for the Goldman Sachs Investment banking division Spring Insight Programme 2007, and as part of GPS, she aspires to better her understanding of finance and investment management.
