Beau Beckley was born May 17, 1985 in Vail, Colorado.  From an early age, Beckley has been a goal setter. Whether finishing another one-day, 120 mile bike ride through the mountains of Colorado or shaking Buffett's hand, he has a strong belief that anything is possible. While studying at the University of Colorado for his undergraduate degree in Business Management from 2003-07, Beau played a key role in the original development and propagation of creating Global Platinum Securities with life-long friend Tim Shannon.  

Additional to his role in GPS, Beckley helped create, write and establish the Colorado Creed at the University of Colorado.  The Creed is a message and guiding light to the University's students and surrounding Boulder community focused on the importance of values.  These values include: Honor, Integrity and Accountability. Words he embraces and promotes everyday in a turbulent world.  

With a strong interest from an early age in the world of music and entertainment, Beau moved west to Los Angeles in the beginning of 2009.  With good fortune, he has established a job with the world-renown entertainment company AEG. Beau will be spending the summer of 2009 assisting John Rubey, Executive Producer of AEG Network LIVE on the up and coming summer festival season.  His first project will be Coachella, a three-day music festival in the dessert of California with headlining acts such as The Killers, The Cure and Paul McCartney.  Other projects will include Rothbury in Michigan, Mile High Music Festival in Denver and All Points West in New York.  

In the future, Beau plans to use his knowledge, skills and network to one day conduct and produce world events such as musical concerts, festivals or Olympic ceremonies.  Beau is optimistic about the world, however understands the hard work and sacrifices ahead we all must take in getting this world back on track to a route suitable to leave for our children and theirs.
